Commercial Terms of Service & Supply

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Alyami Advertising (www.alyami-adv.com) or issuing work orders for custom signage manufacturing, 3D channel letters, large format printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, or vehicle fleet wraps, you expressly agree to abide by these commercial terms and the applicable business regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi Electronic Commerce Law and Commercial Court rules.
2. Estimates, Engineering Approvals & Production
Formal commercial quotations issued by Alyami Advertising remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance unless otherwise noted in writing. Fabrication commences only after the client approves final CAD/shop drawings, material samples, and remits the contractually specified advance payment.
3. Intellectual Property & Client Artwork Ownership
The client warrants and guarantees full legal ownership or authorization for all trademarks, logos, brand assets, and content supplied to Alyami Advertising for printing or fabrication. Alyami Advertising reserves the right to decline fabrication of materials that infringe upon registered intellectual property rights or violate public standards of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Field Installation & Civil Defense Compliance
All structural rigging, pylon erection, and facade cladding installations are executed by certified technicians in compliance with Saudi Civil Defense and Jeddah Municipality technical guidelines. The client shall be responsible for securing building access permissions and adequate primary electrical feeder lines.
5. Warranty Coverage & Maintenance Contracts
Alyami Advertising provides manufacturer warranties on 3D channel letters, LED modules (Samsung certified), power supplies, and structural frames as specified in the supply contract or tax invoice. Warranty does not cover accidental vehicle impact, acts of nature, or unauthorized third-party electrical modifications.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and all related commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or related to the execution of these services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts in the city of Jeddah.
